At Kenzafinds, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Product missing from order

Refund Request Time

Customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Process

Once your request is verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations due to screen display
  • Products damaged after use

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
